We compete with matching age-group teams from Portland, Tualatin Valley, and the Salem area. From early August through late October you'll be building relationships and having fun.

Lincoln Youth Football promotes sportsman-like conduct emphasizes respect for ourselves and our competing teams. Like any athletic endeavor, bruises and sprains can be part of the process and are a built-in risk.
However, at LYF we take the long-term safety of our players as our highest priority.
• Pre-season baseline concussion testing is required for all 7th and 8th grade players. The Portland Clinic provides testing for a fee of $30. Testing is optional for 5th and 6th graders, but recommended. Flag and Rookie Tackle players do not need a baseline concussion test.
